Word 4 Weapons Prestige weapon Bins have been developed over the last 10 years to ensure a safe, secure and easy to manage weapons surrender facility.
We will provide a bin for your community that and maintain if for many years, along with stickers and notices to place in shops and other community buildings, alerting people to the presence of your bin.
We have been able to increase the number of bins to a variety of customers, making our bins more prevalent within a range of diverse communities in and outside of London.
We may be able to help you apply for a grant or ‘crowd fund’ your bin.

If you need to carry a knife to put it in a bin, first wrap it in several layers of cardboard or paper and secure it with plenty of sticky tape so that the blade is completely protected and the knife cannot easily be removed. Although it is still an offence to have a knife in a public place, it is considered reasonable to carry it directly to a knife bin if it is wrapped in this way.
